Privacy Policy

Modern Hero Body is a coaching app that lets fitness coaches work with their clients. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details you provide, such as your name and email. Fitness and health information you log in the app, such as workouts, nutrition, body weight, measurements, and progress photos. If you connect a wearable or fitness tracker (for example Whoop, Fitbit, or Garmin), we receive the data you authorize from that provider, such as sleep, recovery, heart rate, steps, calories burned, workouts, and body measurements.

How we use it

We use your information to run the app and to let your coach support you: to show your progress, tailor your training and nutrition, and communicate with you. Tracker data is used only to display your daily metrics and progress inside the app. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your information is visible to you and to your coach within your coaching relationship. It is not shared with other clients. We use Supabase for secure database and file storage, and other service providers strictly to operate the app.

Connected trackers

Connecting a tracker is optional and always your choice. You authorize the connection through the provider, and you can disconnect it at any time from your Settings or from the provider, which stops any further data from being shared with us.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it.
